We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, contact details, login credentials, notification settings, uploaded documents, and any open bids from our servers.
Deleting your account
If you still have access to your account, sign in and delete it yourself. In the mobile app, open Account and select Delete account. In the web application, open Account settings and select Delete account. Deletion takes effect immediately and no approval is needed.
If you do not remember your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen to reset it, then sign in and delete your account.
If you no longer have access to the app or the web application, email us the name and email address your account is registered under and we will delete it for you:
Records we are required to keep
Records of bids awarded to you, completed jobs, invoices, and tax documentation such as W-9 forms are retained for seven years. We are required to keep these for tax, accounting, and contractual purposes. They are separated from your account and are never used to contact you or for marketing.
Everything else listed above is deleted. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
